Customer Financial​ Responsibility
1.Make payments on time, per written agreement.
A)Payments must be received by 4pm.
B)Car won’t start, if payments not received by 4pm.
C)Vehicle will be repossessed shortly after 4pm.
D)All payments must be submitted online at sonnymotorcars.com
E)NO CASH PAYMENTS will be excepted.
2.Maintain current Driver’s license. State Required.
3.Maintain current liability insurance. State Required.
4.Advise Sonny Motorcars, if address where vehicle resides changes.
5.Customer to pay Tax, Title and License within 3 months, Sonny Motorcars will be named 1st. Lien holder if financed.
6. In case of the car is stolen or Totaled in a vehicle accident, customer is to pay balance in full, unless otherwise arranged.
7.Customer can voluntarily return the vehicle at anytime while making payments.​
