Engine-All preventative maintenance is required as follows
Oil change every 3000-5000 miles.
Change Air filter as required.
Maintain and change all fluids as required.
Rotate and Balance Tires.
Replace all needed light bulbs.
Transmission-All preventative maintenance is required as follows;
Maintain and change all filters & fluids as required.
Air Conditioning-No preventative maintenance required.
Heater System-No preventative maintenance required.
*Guaranteed VOIDED if no written proof of preventive maintenance performed.
*Guaranteed VOIDED if Vehicle leaves United States.
*Guaranteed VOIDED if evidence of negligence or if in Car Accident.
*Guaranteed VOIDED if vehicle vandalized.
Breakdown Process
1.Call Sonny Motorcars to report breakdown.
2.Towing Service will pick up customer’s vehicle if not drivable.
3.Loaner vehicle we be available, and we will deliver the vehicle if customer not able to pick up the vehicle.
4.Customer’s vehicle will be diagnosed and repaired if cost effective, if not repairable, customer then will chose another car of same value from vehicle inventory.
